Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation
All orders are only able to be cancelled within 1 Hour after purchase. If we are able to cancel your order before it is processed, then a full refund will be issued in most cases. You must get in contact with us at our contact page on the website. If this time period is not possible the product will be sent to you as first requested, there is no change of mind, so shop wisely and ensure you choose the correct item.
Returns & Refunds
If your order is received damaged, faulty or missing parts as above contact us first via the contact page and we will work with you to provide a solution. Part of the process is to take photos or video of faulty or damaged product. If this shows that the product was damaged from shipping the courier used may be liable. If parts are broken or missing, a part maybe replaced, or if not working the product may need to be returned for a inspection before a refund is payable.

Warranty
Unless otherwise noted, all products come with a 12-month warranty. All claims will require the original receipt, which has the purchase date and order number clearly visible. Most cases a photo or video of damage or fault. Do not dispose of product until process has been approved as an inspection of product may be required. We will assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature of the damage or fault, we may arrange to:
a. send missing parts (if applicable)
b. suggest a method of self-repair (if applicable)
c. replace the product (subject to availability)
d. offer an alternative product: or
e. offer a partial or full refund.
